How To Style Seersucker Floral Shorts 3 Ways

Sharing how to style seersucker floral shorts 3 ways – from a casual coffee run to date night and lunch with friends!

As soon as I saw these seersucker floral shorts, I added them to my cart. I couldn’t help myself – they’re just so adorable! Instantly, I saw so many ways to dress these shorts up and down all spring and summer long.

I am typically a size medium, 8-10 in clothes. For these shorts, I sized up to a 12 for the extra length and room. These shorts are very structured and I wanted them to have a little more give. I know I’ll be reaching for these constantly because all the beautiful colors in the floral pattern really open up opportunities to have some fun with styling them.

Here’s how to style seersucker floral shorts three ways.

How To Style for Casual, Daily Wear

White Cotton Tee // Seersucker Floral Shorts // Woven Market Straw Tote // Arizona EVA Birkenstocks (You can read my full review of these waterproof Birks here)

When I need to run to the grocery store for a few items or heading to the farmer’s market, this is how I would put together my outfit. You can’t go wrong with a crisp white tee! I bought this woven market straw tote recently and have loved making use of its roomy size for outdoor picnics. For this look’s shoes, I opted to go with the Arizona EVA waterproof Birks but I can also see myself wearing my trusty Tretorns and my backless sneakers with this outfit

How To Style for a Polished, Casual Look

Irish Linen Shirt (comes in a variety of colors, runs TTS, size up for a roomier, relaxed fit) // Seersucker Floral Shorts // Satchel Handbag (Can you believe this bag is $40?!) // Sam Edelman Flats

This Irish linen shirt is hanging in my closet right now and I cannot wait until the weather is nice enough to bring it back into rotation! Tucked into the seersucker shorts, the linen shirt makes this outfit look a bit more put together while still being casual enough. I would wear this for a lunch meet-up with friends or on those days when you don’t need to be dressy but want to feel a bit more polished. Complete this look with a satchel handbag (I am loving this one and using it all the time!) and a chic pair of ballet flats.

How To Style for Date Night

Off The Shoulder Blouse // Seersucker Floral Shorts // Espadrille Lace-Up Wedge Sandals // Raffia Lantern Earrings // Wicker Crossbody Bag

I haven’t had an excuse to dress up in awhile and let’s be honest, nobody really wants to get dressed up during freezing winter temps. Looking at this outfit, I am really excited to wear this out to dinner or rooftop drinks on a fun date night. The off the shoulder blouse comes in a bunch of colorways but I like the look of navy blue next to the floral pattern. Any excuse to break out my raffia lantern earrings and I am all in! Reach for a pair of wedge sandals to add some height and balance out the look and finish this look with an adorable wicker crossbody.
