If you’re like me, you purchased Girl Scout cookies…and promptly devoured them in a week. They’re just too delicious! Well, now it’s back to waiting until the Girl Scouts again come knocking on your door selling cookies. Luckily, I discovered this delicious drink inspired by the famous Thin Mint!
Ingredients:
1 shot of Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 1/2-2 shots of vodka
1 shot white Creme de Menthe
1 shot Kahlua
Preparation:
Mix the vodka, Kahlua and Bailey’s.
Pour over ice.
Pour the Creme de Menthe in the center.
Enjoy!!
