What is Dress for Success?
Dress for Success is an amazing nonprofit organization that helps disadvantaged women who are looking to re-enter the workforce and become self-sufficient by providing them with professional attire. Women helping women is my jam so I was excited & honored when Talbots reached out to work together.
Unfortunately, when it comes to interviewing for a job, first impressions matter. And it can be rather pricey to purchase a professional outfit, especially for women who are not supported.
Dress for Success also helps women prepare for interviews and build self-confidence so they can put their best foot forward!

Talbots x O Magazine Capsule Tee
You wouldn’t believe how comfy this tee is, it feels like PJs! Seriously, if I could wear this shirt all weekend long, I would. No wonder it’s called “The Tee” 😂The stripe trim detailing adds a fun twist on the classic stripe tee! And I love how it looks cute and nautical with jeans (which was perfect the other weekend at Baltimore Inner Harbor). You could also pair it with leggings and sneakers for a more casual vibe. I’ll be wearing this tee all spring long!
Talbots Aberdeen Blazer
When I saw the rose quartz color on this blazer, it was a must-have. The blush hue is a perfect color to transition your work wardrobe from winter to spring! I styled it here with a pencil skirt and silk cami, I’ve worn this blazer to work already with my black sheath dress. And you can dress down the blazer for the weekend with a pair of girlfriend jeans and a white tee. I would size up with this blazer because it’s a knit and doesn’t have as much give.
Talbots Floral Pencil Skirt
I’m a sucker for a good pencil skirt. They’re just so figure flattering and easy to throw on and look put-together. I loved the floral pattern on this pencil skirt and when I saw how perfectly it matches the blazer, I was sold! The floral pencil skirt runs TTS and is very stretchy.
