Next month marks my sixth year in Washington, DC. After counting on my fingers, I had to pinch myself and consult a calculator because there is no way it seems like six years. It’s been a wild journey and I’m so excited to have you along for the ride!
My love affair with DC never ceases to amaze me and it seems every time I cross something off my DC list, two more items take its place. On Sunday, I crossed off visiting Meridian Hill Park and let me tell you, I am kicking myself big time for not going sooner. It was gorgeous and all I wanted to do was lie on an old blanket and read or gab with friends. Meridian Hill Park, I’m coming back for ya.
