Sharing my favorite pieces ahead of the Tuckernuck online sample sale tomorrow!
I am so excited for tomorrow! Every year, Tuckernuck holds a sample sale and this year they’re taking it online. Even though their sample sale is in DC, I’ve never gone since it’s typically in the middle of the work week and is clear across town. I’m excited to take advantage of the online sample sale and snag some great deals on pieces 50-85% off!
Tuckernuck is amazing for their classic, preppy staples. From casual to dressy, they have a wide range of timeless pieces that make you feel polished and put-together. They’ve also become a go-to of mine for their statement earrings!
The plan for the Tuckernuck online sample sale:
The sale will kick off at 9am on Tuesday, January 26 and will go through midnight on the 27th. BUT if you sign up for text alerts (click here to sign up), you’ll get access to the sale at 8am.
Here are some Tuckernuck pieces I have in my closet and love as well as some items I’ve got my eye on and hope are in the sale! I’ve included details on the items in my closet.
Raffia Lantern Earrings: If these earrings are in the sale, do yourself a favor and get them!! I wore these all summer long, they’re the perfect mix of a statement earring with a neutral. The texture of the raffia is also really fun to add another dimension to an outfit. They’re super lightweight and do not pull on your ear at all, add these earrings to your cart immediately.
Royal Shirt Dress: Again, this is another must-add to your cart if it’s in the sale. I bought the white version of the royal shirt dress and it is probably one of the most versatile pieces in my wardrobe. I reach for this shirt dress for work (topping it with a blazer adds structure to this flowy silhouette) and for weekend (love pairing with a colorful scarf for brunch). It is on the looser side so if you are between sizes, I’d suggest sizing down. I wear a size small in this dress. I’ve got my eye on the blue + white stripe version of this dress!
Pearl Cluster Earrings: Tuckernuck does statement earrings like no other. I love that like the raffia earrings, these pearl cluster earrings make a statement while being neutral enough to be versatile.
Tretorn Sneakers: A comfy sneaker I love for walks around the neighborhood and they also look cute paired with a dress (like the Royal Shirt Dress!).
Packable Wide Bow Sunhat: I own this hat with the cream bow. I can confirm, it is definitely packable and doesn’t get crushed in a suitcase! I went with cream so I could wear it with more outfits but this sunhat also comes in navy, navy stripe, and hot pink. As I get older, I’m more conscious of keeping my face in the shade, especially since I tend to get sunburned on my cheeks. I love this sunhat to wear in the summer and look stylish while being sun-safe.
Birdcage Earrings: These were a recent purchase after wanting them for SO long. I think of these as the cold-weather version of my raffia lantern earrings. I will say for me, these earrings felt heavier on my lobes so I use Kendra Scott’s Lobe Wonder to ease the weight.
The Shirt By Rochelle Behrens: For all my 9-5 gals, this is your Holy Grail. The Shirt is well-worth their price point because they have secret, hidden buttons that eliminate that embarrassing gap that usually happens with button downs.
Provencial Floral Marina Headband
Pearl Stud Earrings: Can’t go wrong with these earrings for your every day pair! I love mine.
Crewneck Sweater: This is such a great lightweight sweater for spring! It runs TTS so if you want to layer it, I’d suggest sizing up. I love this sweater with white jeans for an easy, cute spring outfit.
