I think it’s safe to say that spring is here to stay! Spring means warm weather, sandals, sundresses and happy hours on a patio. Can life get any better?!
I’m currently at home for break and right after picking me up from the airport, my mother & I went to our family’s favorite Mexican restaurant. I’m weak for tortilla chips & salsa, I usually make a meal out of them! We also sipped our favorite drink: margaritas. I love margaritas and while I wish they didn’t have calories, they sadly do. Remember the {Skinny Prep} plan from Kerry?
However, courtesy of Eat Yourself Skinny blog, I found this delicious recipe for a raspberry margarita that clocks in at only 100 calories! Now there’s something to celebrate 🙂
Ingredients
4 oz. Skinny Girl Margarita
Half of a packet of Crystal Light Raspberry Tea
Ice
PreparationÂ
Fill blender with ice
Pour SkinnyGirl Margarita and Crystal Light into the blender
Blend & enjoy (preferably while sitting on a patio!)
