Sedona, Arizona

Can I go back? I don’t know about you but I could absolutely definitely use another couple of days outside in the warm sunshine – hiking around Sedona or hanging by the pool buried in a book with a cocktail. I think I’m especially in need of some good ol’ Vitamin D with this wacky weather and the beginning signs  of a cold. Does anyone else’s immune system completely go to pieces when the weather fluctuates? Because seriously, I feel like I went from normal to sniffly and sneezy with a sore throat in about 15 minutes. Get it together, immune system! In the mean time, I’m going to sip chicken noodle soup, load up on Vitamin C and echinacea and will myself to get better STAT. And scroll through my photos from vacation because Sedona might be the most beautiful place on Earth. The red rocks are absolutely majestic and totally worth it to be covered in red dust for days after visiting. I’ll try to do a lengthier post on Sedona in the future but for first now, I’m taking some Emergen-C and calling it a night.
