Rounding up recent Amazon home decor finds for those with a grandmillennial, Nancy Meyers, coastal grandma style.
We’ve been working slowly but steadily to update our home decor. It’s certainly a process! And decorating your home can be fairly pricey and all the items to make your house a home can quickly add up.
Thankfully, Amazon is a treasure trove of interior design finds — you just need to be willing to spend a little time digging. I’ve found amazing lamps, pillows, and more for a fraction of the price and they’ve lasted for years.
I would describe my home decor taste as grandmillennial, Nancy Meyers movie, coastal grandma. Whatever you call it, the classic touches and neutral tones just work to create a calm, serene space for you and your family. Here is a roundup of my recent Amazon home decor finds and how I would style them.
Recent Amazon Home Decor Finds
Rattan Console Table:
This rattan console reminds me of Serena & Lily for a fraction of the price. It would be fantastic as a bar cart or as a console behind the couch styled with a table lamp, a plant like pothos, and a stack of your favorite coffee table books.
Swivel Accent Chair:
I’d love to have a chair like this in our bedroom! We all know everyone needs to have a chair to lay out clothes for the day ahead. I could also see this chair being great to have in a nursery as a reading chair.
Framed Garden Art:
The Barbie movie made me realize there isn’t enough pink in our home! This framed art would fix that in a snap and would be perfect for an entryway or above the couch.
Rattan Wall Sconces:
I’ve been on a wall sconce kick lately. My husband and I read in bed every night and I usually am the last one to turn out the lights (I just have to know how the story ends!). The wall sconce could be a fantastic compromise to keep the light on without disturbing his sleep.
Chinoiserie Pillow Covers:
I just purchased these pillow covers this week because our current pillow covers were starting to look a little drab and no longer fit in the space. I went with the green color scheme option.
Rattan Photo Frames:
One of my goals for the year is to print out more photos to place around our home. We have amazing photos from our wedding as well as candids that bring back happy memories. We need more of that sprinkled through the house and I love the neutral rattan paired with the whimsical squiggle design.
Cabbage Plates:
I love how a cabbage plate series looks on a wall. Going back to my drive to bring more pops of color (specifically pink) to our home, I like the idea of mixing it up with a pop of pink to this traditional decor.
Chinoiserie Table Lamp:
Don’t sleep on the Amazon lamps! Our bedside lamps are from Amazon and they are perfect for the space. For this chinoiserie table lamp, you can purchase as a set of two and they offer a few different colorways. I would opt for the green, it just looks so calming.
Water Hyacinth Stool:
I’ve been looking at this style of stool to add more seating to our apartment living room without taking up so much space. I was excited to find this style on Amazon and I think the water hyacinth would pair nicely with our blue couch and patterned area rug.
