Remember the line in The Night Before Christmas…”Not a creature was stirring/not even a mouse”? Usually in our house on the night before Christmas, there is a creature stirring…my mother and I frantically last minute wrapping gifts!!
Between the baking, the wrapping, the primping for parties, there is rarely a dull moment leading up to Christmas. It can be overwhelming to say the least. As always, it is important to take deep breaths and keep calm. After all, who wants dark circles in all those Christmas photos?

I have this {app on my iPhone} and I love it. On those nights when I cannot shut off my brain (read: almost every night), I crank up the volume on my phone and press play on this app. It’s free and is a relaxing meditation and breathing exercises. Sleep Well works like a charm for me.
