It could be suggested that I am a picky eater. While I am more than adventurous in the realm of vegetables (broccoli is an all time favorite), there are certain foods and their preparation I just cannot wrap my taste buds around. For instance…

Burgers? Love them!!!

Meatballs? No way, Jose.

There is no rhyme or reason to my logic in this but I just know burgers are delicious and juicy whereas meatballs are pushed to the side of my plate (and troublesomely choked down when politeness demands it).

The same goes for pistachios.

Bag of pistachios? Addicting and cannot stop eating.

Pistachio ice cream? Probably one of the few ice cream flavors I am not a fan of.

On the other hand, the color pistachio I adore no matter how prepared…er, styled!
