Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you had a great weekend! This year, I’ve made a promise to myself to get more sleep. I’ve always been a night owl but in college, I’ve gotten used to studying until 2am and having to be up and at ’em at 7 (sometimes earlier). However, now that my schedule has calmed down, I decided to get myself on a normal sleep schedule.
