Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Products

Sharing a roundup of Trader Joe’s pumpkin products to get into the fall season! From gnocchi to skincare and dog treats, I’ve got you covered.

We know the holiday season is here when Mariah Carey tells us. How do we tell when the fall season is upon us? Trader Joe’s is the reigning authority there. As soon as you see their happy workers unloading boxes of pumpkin products, you know leaf-peeping is about to be on your calendar and it’s time to start breaking out those sweaters.

Trader Joe’s has a plethora of fall season favorites and delicious finds but today we’re focusing on all the goodies that include pumpkin.

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Joe-Joe’s

My #1 favorite pumpkin product from TJ’s is the humble pumpkin Joe-Joe. Joe-Joe’s is the TJ’s version of Oreos and they offer seasonal flavors throughout the year. I’ve done the legwork, believe me, and the pumpkin joe joe is the best of them all. My only complaint is I go through a box on my way too easily and way too quickly. I’m not going to lie to you — when I picked up a box this year, I deliberately hid it from James behind a box of Riley’s treats in our pantry because I didn’t want to share. In my defense, I have been burned before where James demolished a box of pumpkin Joe-Joe’s before I could get my hands on them. So we’re even, right?

Anyway, I’ve also long suspected these Joe-Joe’s would be an amazingly delicious foundation for an icebox cake but I only seem to finish off the box before I can test out my theory. Maybe one day!

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin & Spice Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix

I broke out the Trader Joe’s Pumpkin & Spice Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix this weekend for a get-together. They were so good! This would be a good box mix to have on hand for any last-minute Halloween parties or just when it’s a particularly cozy weekend and you want a sweet treat. You just need 1 stick of butter, 1 egg, and 1 tbsp of milk to add into the mix to create the dough. Roll in the cinnamon-sugar mix (included) and pop in the oven at 375 for 12 minutes. Your kitchen will smell heavenly and your sweet tooth will be happy. Just add a classic Halloween movie (Hocus Pocus, anyone?) and you have a cozy fall evening ready to go.

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Ice Cream

Another longtime favorite of mine is TJ’s pumpkin ice cream. A scoop on its own is a delicious dessert. I also love to use this pumpkin flavored ice cream to make a creamy milkshake. If you’re feeling more trick than treat, add a shot or two of bourbon to make this milkshake a boozy one. Or should I say…boo-zy?

Cornucopia of Baked Goods & Mixes

Trader Joe’s understands the assignment. Fall coziness calls for baked goods. Lots of them. They ensure all our bases are covered — pumpkin bread, muffins, waffles, pancakes. All ready to hang out in the pantry until the perfect weekend morning to take it slow and ease into the fall weekend with a delicious breakfast.

Gluten Free Pumpkin Options

If you cannot have gluten, TJ’s is there for you. They have their gluten free pumpkin pancake mix as well as a bread and muffin baking mix.

Trader Joe’s Non-Dairy Pumpkin Oat Beverage

You can find the non-dairy pumpkin oat beverage on the shelves next to their other shelf-stable milks. I love to pick up the pumpkin oat beverage, it’s as great as the great pumpkin for making your coffee or chai latte at home a little more special. I like to follow the instructions of TJ’s Spicy Chai Latte Mix for the iced version and top with the pumpkin oat beverage to taste like Starbucks in a snap.

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Cream Cheese

I am kicking myself I forgot to include an image of the pumpkin cream cheese because it’s another of my longtime seasonal favorites. Filled with fall spices, the pumpkin cream cheese is so good you’ll be tempted to eat it directly out of the container with a spoon. I know I have been! While you might automatically reach for the pumpkin bagels for this spread, I personally love it most on a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel. It’s the perfect mix of fall flavors!

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Overnight Oats

I picked up their pumpkin overnight oats to stash in the fridge for mornings when I want a filling, nutritious breakfast but I’m in a rush. I’m excited to give them a whirl! If you’re a overnight oats fan, my two favorites to make at home are apple pie overnight oats and oatmeal cookie overnight oats.

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice Mini Sheet Cake

This was a new product I was really excited about. While I haven’t personally tried it yet, the mini sheet cake is getting rave reviews on social. It looks perfectly sized to share or to enjoy on your own. I might need to pick it up this week and try for myself.

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Cheesecake Croissants

Oh yes, this one went straight into my cart as soon as I spotted it at my local TJ’s. If you love the flaky French pastry, don’t sleep on TJ’s frozen croissants. Their chocolate ones are my personal favorite and this seasonal variety contains 3 of my favorite words. Pumpkin. Cheesecake. Croissants. Once James and I try them, I’ll report back!

Pumpkin Bisque

“I gotta focus, I’m shifting into soup mode.” Truer words have ne’er been spoken. When the air gets a little crisp, fall soup is what the heart wants. You can find already prepared pumpkin bisque both on their shelves next to their boxed soups (side note: don’t skip on their boxed tomato soup!) and in the refrigerated prepared foods section. Garnish with creme fraiche and toasted pumpkin seeds to zhuzh it up a little!

Pumpkin Ravioli

I know we just chatted about soup but is there a more comforting meal than ravioli? It’s definitely high up on our list for easy dinners. Pumpkin ravioli is always a yearly favorite because it’s delicious and simple to make after a long day. We like to use a browned butter sauce for this savory dish.

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Next to TJ’s treasure trove of spices, you can find pumpkin pie spice for a limited time. I like it for sprinkling on your morning latte or mix into pumpkin purée for a simple dessert base.

Pumpkin Maple Bacon Flavored Stuffies

We can’t leave our doggies out of the pumpkin fun! Riley goes crazy for these stuffies, she knows exactly what they are as soon as she sees me pull the bag out every year.

Danish Kringle

TJ’s seasonal Danish Kringles sell like hotcakes every year and fall remains one of their most popular flavors. If you aren’t a pumpkin pie person but want a sweet treat, this pastry will hit the spot!

Trader Joe’s Vanilla Pumpkin Scented Candle

I love their seasonal vanilla pumpkin scented candle, it’s one I stock up on. I know this post is all about pumpkins but don’t skip out on the honeycrisp apple candle, either!

OMG! I needed this post because I’ve been meaning to go to Trader Joe’s specifically for pumpkin things because I’ve heard so many people talking about them! This is great! Now I won’t get overwhelmed when I go over there.

Oh man, when I first started going to Trader Joe’s, it was Overwhelmed City, Population: Me. I’ve been thinking about doing a post on “How To Shop at Trader Joe’s” and doing a Snapchat Story on my favorite items. Is that something you’d be interested in?

3 blocks from your apartment?! You lucky duck! There’s a TJ’s coming to my neighborhood in 2 years and I might just never move out of my apartment. I won’t be able to go to TJ’s until Saturday and I have this fear they won’t have the pumpkin cookie butter. The fear is real.

Keep me posted how the pumpkin cookie butter tastes!!
