Tools + Resources to Blog Better

Happy Tuesday, guys! So far, you’ve liked my blogging tips posts so I’m gonna keep the party going. Today’s topic: Tools and resources to help you blog smarter, not harder. It’s a sad fact that there are only 24 hours in a day and while we wish we had a Leslie Knope-like ability to create color-coded proposals in decorated binders and make baked goods in a single bound, it’s just not possible. We’re human. And Leslie Knope is a goddess.

Can you tell I’ve been rewatching the series?

Moving on. My typical week day goes a little something like this: Work 9-6, go to barre, come home and eat dinner while watching TV, sit down and blog, sleep, repeat. Sometimes, instead of barre, I’ll get drinks with friends. Then there are some days that I’m running around like a crazy person and I know I won’t have time to blog that night. To be completely honest, most of my Sunday is usually dedicated to blogging. On top of grocery shopping, laundry, ironing and generally emotionally preparing for the week ahead. Remember in college when all of your group projects would meet on Sundays? It’s sort of like that. Except it’s the group project where you’re the only one doing all the work.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining: I LOVE my blog and cannot imagine my life without it. That might sound dramatic but it’s true. Do you feel that way about your blog?

But for those weekends when you don’t have all the time in the world, I’ve compiled blogging resources to blog smarter, not harder and optimize the time you do have dedicated to working on your blog.
