I am in full autumn mode, helped along by pumpkin cream cheese spread and other wonderful pumpkin products from Trader Joe’s! If you’ve never tried their pumpkin cream cheese, do yourself a favor and pick some up along with whole grain bagels. Paired with a chai tea, it’s a wonderful start to the day.
But now on to the important part of this post: the cocktail. If you’re throwing a Halloween, Thanksgiving or fall soiree, this would be a delicious drink to serve because it’s easily multiplied to fit a large group.
