Last fall, I took yoga classes at school and I loved going to the studio to practice twice each week. Between the positions, deep breathing and meditation, I always left feeling better and lighter than when I walked in the studio.
Now I’m no longer in the class, I still try to practice yoga when I can. I try to squeeze in 15 minutes of stretches at night time and do a longer practice on the weekends. YouTube has some great yoga channels! I’ll roll out of bed on Saturday and then roll out my mat.
I like to practice in capris but I have friends who prefer the full yoga pant. It’s just a matter of preference. Recently, I discovered {The Girls Apparel} workout gear and it’s perfect: chic without breaking the bank.
