Hi y’all!
It’s a rainy Sunday at home, the perfect weather for a cozy family meal! My aunt is a fabulous cook (she used to own a restaurant) and passed along this recipe to me. Asparagus is one of my favorite veggies and I’ve loved shrimp since the tender age of 4. So, I can’t help but go gaga over this meal:
Ingredients:
Olive oil
Asparagus spears
4 Cloves of Garlic
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb of shrimp (peeled)
1 cup dry white wine
Linguine
Directions:
1. Heat oil in pan. Then mix in asparagus spears, garlic & spices.
2. Cook for at least 5 minutes.
3. Add shrimp & continue cooking.
4. Stir in wine & bring to a boil.
5. Pour onto linguine & enjoy!
