With all the hustle + bustle of the holiday season, it seems we are going-going-going 24/7. I drove by the Walden Galleria mall in Buffalo at about 10pm and there STILL wasn’t a single available parking space. Ay caramba, guys!
A part of my family’s Christmas tradition is a big Belgian waffle breakfast on Christmas morning. Because, you know, after a Christmas Eve meal of ham, Polish sausage, pierogies (potato-filled fried dumplings) and a variety of pies, we really need to continue the Carb Fest.
I love this sparkling holiday mimosa recipe, it’s just as tasty for an afternoon holiday party as a brunch get-together. Especially if you need a little something strong to deal with your family 😉
