Sharing the BEST rosé spritz recipe EVER today – I promise it lives up to the hype! It’s so refreshing for a summer al fresco dinner!
I’m getting the weekend started a little early by sharing the BEST rosé spritz recipe EVER!! I know that’s some big talk but I promise this rosé spritz lives up to the hype. It’s delicious, crisp, and refreshing – perfect to beat the heat.
It’s incredibly easy to whip up, I’ve been making myself one to take up to my rooftop with me in the evenings. After years of enjoying Bar Deco’s rosé spritz (best consumed with friends + pulled pork nachos), I convinced one of the bartenders to share the recipe with me. It took a little bit of flattery and some light eyelash-batting but so so worth it!
My favorite part of this rosé spritz cocktail is that it feels fancy – whip this cocktail up for your next girls’ night, al fresco dinner, or just to enjoy while watching TV or reading a good book.
Here’s the recipe…
ROSE SPRITZ RECIPE
- Ice
- Dry rosé wine (I love Trader Joe’s Boxed Rosé)
- 1 shot St. Germain
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Soda/seltzer
1. Fill the wine glass with ice and pour the wine to just over halfway
2. Add the St. Germain and lemon juice
3. Fill to the top with soda or seltzer. I prefer using Trader Joe’s Lemon + Elderflower Soda, it complements the lemon and liqueur wonderfully
4. Swirl to combine + cheers!
Please let me know if you try rosé spritz cocktail, I’d love to hear what you think!
