Last weekend, I learned some terrible news: the Barnes & Noble in Georgetown is closing on Dec. 31st of this year. I am a huge bookworm and B&N is my go to spot to snag a book so I was heartbroken at the news. When the guy at customer service broke the news to me, my face must have mirrored my inner horror because he apologized and asked if I was okay. It’ll be sad letting go of an old favorite and it made me think about my reading wish list. Most women have lists of clothing & jewelry they’d love (I’m guilty as charged of that as well) but I also have a wish list for books. Being in college, I really do not have as much time as I’d like to read for pleasure, I’m lucky if I get through 1 or 2 chapters before I fall asleep! However, with the end of the semester and winter break approaching, I’m starting to think about what books I can read for pleasure over the break.
