With the official change of the seasons, I am looking forward to filling my kitchen with the warm aromas of pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg. When these aromas envelop your kitchen, it’s like a big bear hug and you can’t help but grin.
For these pumpkin cranberry scones, I used a mix that I picked up at my local Trader Joe’s. The scones were delicious and just the right note to give your morning coffee or tea a lift on a chilly fall Tuesday.
