Every so often I find a Trader Joe’s item that makes me absolutely beam with excitement. And guess what? This recipe involves two of these items!!
For awhile now, I’ve used Trader Joe’s Organic Vodka Sauce in most of my pasta dishes because frankly, I like it better than marinara. The bonus: TJ’s jars its vodka sauce in mason jars. You can upcycle them after you’ve used all the delicious sauce!
Last week, I visited Trader Joe’s and as usual, made a beeline for their demo corner. I love sampling products and finding inspiration for new dishes. The sample was for Perline Pasta & Prosciutto and while they served it with EVO , I took a different approach.
