In the drizzly weather, I gravitate towards basic hues and rely on accessories to do the talking. My bright pink wellies are my hands down favorite statement piece for rainy days. Along with my trusty flowered umbrella, I am ready to conquer any rainstorm DC decides to send my way. Throw a couple of brightly colored bracelets into the stack and the rainy day ensemble is complete. Remember: the weather outside may be gray and drab but there’s no reason your outfit should be the same!
