Did everyone have a wonderful Christmas? I had a lovely time surrounded by family and we even had a light snow fall for Christmas Eve!
Ever since I was little, my mother always made me her helper in the kitchen when she was baking.

After years of practice, I think I have these cookies (Dad’s favorite!) down to a science. Peanut butter blossoms are necessary on any cookie platter and in every cookie jar!
Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cups all purpose-flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 packages of Hershey’s Kisses
Directions
Cream together sugars, butter and peanut butter.
Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.
Stir together flour, soda and salt and stir into mixture.
Shape into balls, roll in additional granulated sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into each cookie.
Ta-da! Simple to make and delicious.
these are so yummy! Peanut Butter and Chocolate is the perfect combination!
One of my favorite cookie recipes!
I made these for my cookie swap this year, but instead of peanut butter, I used shredded coconut, and they were amazing!
