Happy Monday, everyone!! I hope you aren’t nodding off at work or in class after a late night glued to the Oscars! It seems that my Twitterfeed has been blowing up lately with tweets about midterms, exams, group project nightmares and just general life stress. As a second semester senior, I’m right in that boat with you. However, I do try to just stop and smell the roses and breathe. So with all the talk about stress, I’d like to dedicate this {Monogram Monday} post to relaxation.
The first step to relaxing is slipping to a comfortable robe like this one from Carolina Clover:
Honestly, I feel relaxed just looking at this plush robe! I just want to wear it after a hot shower and curl up with a good book. Reading is, in my opinion, one of the best ways to relax. I read every night before I go to sleep and it works like a charm!
Candles & aromatherapy are also great ways to unwind after a long day of work, class, internship, group project meetings. How do you unwind at the end of the day? What’s your best way to fight fatigue?
