My J.Crew Factory Spring 2023 Picks

Sharing my J.Crew Factory Spring 2023 picks today, along with sizing details and how I’d style them. I’m loving all the block prints in this collection!

JCrew Factory Spring 2023 Printed Shirtdress

Over the weekend, I did a little shopping with my new job’s “business casual” dress code in mind. I’m really happy with the pieces I picked up and am excited to share them with you soon! We went to Tysons first and then headed to the outlets at National Harbor on our way home. I knew J.Crew Factory was releasing their new spring items last weekend in stores and with all the block prints, I had my eye on more than a few items.

Let’s get right into my J.Crew Factory Spring 2023 picks!

My J.Crew Factory Spring 2023 Picks

Pull-on Skirt:

This skirt in the blue and white pattern wasn’t in the store yet so I think I’ll order it online. It’s one of those pieces that seems casual and the length is professional so it hits the right balance for business casual. For the office, I’d pair this with a button-down and a blazer. I could also see myself wearing this skirt on weekends with a chambray shirt knotted at my waist.

Cotton Poplin Puff-sleeve Ruffle Top:

I like the top’s puff sleeve and ruffle details and I think it could be a good top to throw on with pants for a quick work look.

Raffia Peep-toe Block Heels:

I got these raffia block heels last year and love them for summer wedding season. They’re also the heels I wore for our engagement photos!

Herringbone Blazer:

Once a Hill staffer, always a Hill staffer. I’m drawn to a good blazer like a moth to a flame! I like how the light blue gives the classic herringbone pattern a spring refresh. This one’s in my online cart.

Crinkle Puff-sleeve Ruffle Top:

This pattern was too cute for spring not to include twice in my list!

Cardigan Sweater:

I picked up this classic cardigan in Heather Fresh Bouquet (size medium) over the weekend. It’s a light pink that I think will be great as an accent color for spring outfits. Tossing this sweater around your shoulders with a printed dress (hint: like the shirtdress below!) immediately came to mind. I also love the look of a sweater set and styling this sweater with its shell sweater twin and white jeans for an effortless outfit.

Printed Collar Mini Shirtdress:

I’m wearing this shirtdress right now as I write this post! I would say it’s pretty comparable to my beloved Royal Shirtdress from Tuckernuck. For this dress, I went with a size 8 and despite being labelled a “mini shirtdress,” it actually hits me right at my knee. I’m definitely wearing this into the office when spring hits! Bonus: it has roomy pockets that don’t add bulk.

Shell Sweater:

I am SO happy J.Crew is bringing back its shell sweaters. To me, the shell sweater is classic J.Crew at its best. The shell sweater in Heather Fresh Bouquet (size medium) came home with me from the store this weekend.

Short-sleeve Sweater:

The short-sleeve sweater will be perfect for those in-between days when you don’t need a heavy sweater but it’s not quite sleeveless weather just yet. I love the pink, baby blue, and moss green hue options in this sweater.

Block-print Quilted Jacket:

For those days when you aren’t feeling like a blazer, the quilted jacket is a great alternative. I kicked myself for not purchasing last spring’s quilted jacket and I won’t make that mistake again!
