Add the rolled oats, milk and chai mix into a saucepan and stir to combine.
Cook over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes or until oats are soft, be sure to stir often to prevent the milk from burning.
If you're feeling fancy, you can top with frothed milk and a dash of cinnamon. I frothed the milk using a French press. Heat the ¼ cup of milk up in a microwave for about 20 seconds and then pour into the French press. Slowly pump until milk becomes frothy and doubles in size.
Pour over the chai oatmeal latte and top with dash of cinnamon.
