Simple Holiday Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Trader Joe's Orange Flavored Cranberries (1/2 bag)
  • Salt + pepper
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Shaved Parmesan (to taste)
Instructions
  1. First up, you need to thinly slice the Brussels sprouts. I followed the instructions in this video (https://vimeo.com/53241259) to do it properly. If you're short on time (who isn't during the holiday?), Trader Joe's has bagged shredded Brussels sprouts you can use.
  2. In a large skillet, head 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-low heat. Once the skillet is hot, add the shredded Brussels sprouts and mix to evenly coat with olive oil.
