Cacio e Pepe Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 strips of bacon
  • 1 zucchini, spiralized
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the 3 strips of bacon.
  2. Once the bacon is cooked to desired level, remove the bacon and set aside.
  3. Add the spiralized zucchini noodles to skillet and toss with tongs.
  4. Add the parmesan, ground pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Slice the bacon into bite-size pieces and add back into the skillet.
  6. Divide into bowls and serve.
