I first posted about my easy Peanut Butter Blossoms recipe four years ago!! So I figured it was high time to bring these cookies back around because they are delicious, so simple to bake, and because I make at least 200 of these bad boys every holiday season. You could say I’ve got Peanut Butter Blossoms on the brain!

Not one to brag but these Peanut Butter Blossoms are one thing in life I’ve perfected. Is that too braggy? Practice makes perfect though and I’ve made these cookies countless times each holiday season since I was probably 8 years old.

To me, it’s not officially the holiday season until I’m in the kitchen, Christmas tunes playing, whipping up this dough with a mountain of Hershey Kisses nearby.

These cookies are delicious, bite-size sweet treats that are perfect for cookie exchanges, bringing to the office to spread holiday cheer, and for Christmas parties throughout the month. Peanut Butter Blossoms were always on the plate we left out for Santa Claus on Christmas Eve 😊

Peanut Butter Blossoms would also be a fun baking activity if you have kids, nieces, and nephews who would want to help bake cookies for old Saint Nick.

The big trick to making these cookies is to roll the dough into smaller balls than you think they should be. If the dough balls are too big, they’ll flatten out in the oven. Make them bite-size and they will turn out just right!

Using my KitchenAid stand mixer has made a big difference in how easy it is to whip up a batch of these cookies. It’s made it practically foolproof!

1 3/4 cup of flour, sifted
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 stick of butter (at room temperature)

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg

Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven onto parchment paper and immediately gently push a Hershey Kiss in the center (not all the way through).

Enjoy!!
