Directions

Berry Lemonade Fizz
Limoncello
Ingredients
10 lemons
1 bottle of vodka
Simple syrup (3 cups water: 2 cups granulated sugar, heated in saucepan until sugar dissolves)
Directions
Peel the lemons and place the peels in a pitcher.
Pour the entire bottle of vodka into the pitcher.
Let it steep for 4 days.
After 4 days, add simple syrup.
Let the mixture sit overnight at room temperature.
Strain into a bottle (or pitcher).
Chill for several hours.
Dark n’ Stormy
Ingredients
Gosling’s Black Seal rum
Ginger beer
Lime wedge for garnish
Preparation
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour the rum and ginger beer into the glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
Champagne Punch
3 tablespoons, grenadine
3 tablespoons, Cointreau
2 tablespoons, brandy
2 cups, champagne
raspberries & seasonal fruit
Directions
Fill a small ice bucket halfway with ice.
Pour grenadine, Cointreau, brandy, and champagne over ice.
Stir gently, and ladle punch into 2 wide-mouthed stemmed glasses.
Garnish punch with raspberries and seasonal fruit.
Basil Sangria
Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
8 basil sprigs
lemon zest
orange zest
2 bottles, pinot grigio (chilled)
3/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup orange juice
ice
club soda
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Add the basil sprigs and lemon and orange zests. Let the syrup stand, stirring often, until cooled to room temperature, about 20 minutes. Discard the basil sprigs and zest strips.
In a large pitcher, combine the basil syrup with the wine, brandy and orange juice. Pour the sangria into ice-filled glasses, top with club soda and garnish each drink with an orange slice.
Ingredients
5 cups, seedless watermelon cubes
1 large cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
1/4 cup, fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons, honey
2/3 cup, vodka
ice
cucumber slices, for garnish
Directions
Set a large fine-mesh sieve over a large bowl or pitcher.
In a food processor or blender, puree watermelon.
Pour watermelon puree through sieve, pressing on solids with a rubber spatula.
Puree English cucumber and pour through sieve into watermelon juice.
In a small bowl or measuring cup, stir together lime juice and honey.
Add to watermelon and cucumber juices, along with vodka.
Fill four glasses with ice and top each with cocktail.
Garnish with cucumber slices.
{Prosecco Strawberry Splash}
Ingredients:
3 ripe strawberries that have been hulled and sliced
6 leaves of basil
1 ounce of a good white rum
1 ounce of sour mix
2 ounces of Prosecco
Preparation:
Add the strawberries and herbs together and muddle them with a mortar and pestle or other crushing implement until the strawberries are a pulp and you can smell the herbs.
Add the muddled strawberries and herbs to a rocks glass and add 1 ounce of white rum, 1 ounce of sour mix, and stir.
Add ice to the glass and top it off with 2 ounces of Prosecco.

Ingredients
1/2 oz Southern Comfort
1/2 oz Malibu Rum
1 splash Pineapple Juice
1 splash Grenadine
1 dash Lemon Juice

Mix into a shaker half filled with ice & strain into glass.

2 oz rye whiskey
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
2-3 dashes bitters

Stir well

Ingredients
3 ounces prosecco
2 ounces fresh white peach puree

Mix & serve in a champagne flute
{Peach Bourbon}
Ingredients
4 tablespoons bourbon
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons simple syrup
1 tablespoon peach schnapps
2 tablespoons club soda
Preparation
Combine bourbon, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and schnapps in a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice.
Cover with lid & shake for about 30 seconds.
Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with club soda.
Garnish with a peach slice.
{Riesling Strawberry Slushy}
Ingredients
2 cups strawberries
1 bottle dry Riesling
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
In a food processor, puree strawberries with the remaining wine, lime juice and sugar.
Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.

Preparation
Simply stir the ingredients.

6 ounces limeade concentrate
6 ounces bourbon (chilled)
Preparation:
Combine the cola, limeade & bourbon with a whisk into a large bowl.
Place in freezer overnight.
The next day, use a whisk to chop up the mixture.

Ingredients:
1 shot of Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 1/2-2 shots of vodka
1 shot white Creme de Menthe
1 shot Kahlua

Mix the vodka, Kahlua and Bailey’s.
Pour over ice.
Pour the Creme de Menthe in the center.

Pour SkinnyGirl Margarita and Crystal Light into the blender

Ingredients
3 oz. Moscato
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1.5 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Pomegranate Juice
