To say I loved Beauty and the Beast as a little girl is a gross understatement. I am a total bookworm and I loved that Belle was, too! I had the movie on VHS (old school) and memorized the opening monologue and saw the musical with my mother. I even had a Belle Barbie doll, which I lost at Disney World. When I went to Disney World with my senior class in high school, I purchased a necklace with a stained glass rose pendant from the movie. Okay now that you know my slightly geeky love for the movie, it should come as no shock whatsoever that the moment I saw the trailer for Beauty and the Beast 3D, I knew I had to go!
I went with my mother and even though I’m 22 years old and on the cusp of entering the (still hypothetical until May) “Real World,” I felt like a little girl again and it was amazing! The colors were so vibrant and “Be Our Guest” in 3D is a must see experience. I laughed out loud at the silly jokes and just lost myself in the story. I would really highly recommend you see it!
Even though it will take approximately three days to stop singing “Gaston” in your head/aloud.
