Vivaia Review – Are The Heels Worth The Hype?

After being inundated with a flood of ads for these heels, I had to try them out. Here’s my Vivaia heels review and if they live up to the hype in their ads.

Vivaia Review

For the last several weeks, I feel like Instagram has served me ad after ad for Vivaia heels. They claim you can run in them, that people are ditching their Chanel for them, the list of pros goes on and on. Vivaia calls them their “running heels.” These heels sound like the greatest gift on the earth.

In my journey to update my workwear wardrobe, shoes have been a large component. I largely ditched heels after the pandemic because it just didn’t make sense to wear high heels and pinch my toes for no reason. Slingbacks and chunky heels became my go-tos in the shoe department. Vivaia round-toe chunky heels looked nearly identical to a pair of shoes I was planning to replace so it seemed perfect.

Vivaia Review – Worth The Hype?

I am a very true size 8 in shoes and that was certainly the case with the Vivaia round-toe chunky heels. I selected the Julie running heels in “Black White,” meaning that the shoe itself is white and the cap-toe is black. This shoe has a knit upper that reminds me of my favorite Rothy’s flats, has a 45 mm heel for stability, and boasts a deodorizing insole. Vivaia recommends one size up for wider feet in this style.

But what does that mean for real life?

With my hybrid in-person/remote work life, I seized the opportunity to try these shoes out and see how they lasted in real life.

I’ve walked 10,000+ steps daily to and from the Metro as well as traipsing around the cobblestone sidewalks around the Hill in these shoes – and they’ve held up! I’m skeptical always of ads that claim to do everything but these chunky heels are the real deal. They have no scuffs, no dents, no issues.

These chunky heels are a must for anyone in a professional setting or are looking for a more polished, chic shoes for a casual look.

I just received my Vavaia kitten heal, navy blue pump. As a 71 year old looking for a comfortable, cute pointed toe pump, I decided to try this brand. These are the most comfortable pumps I have ever worn! The fabric is soft and breathable, and these pumps are sturdy and easy to wear. The footbed is divine – cushiony and supportive. Love them and I am definitely going back for more! Well worth the price!

Im glad to hear about your review. I just recently bought their boots. I was debating on it but I just love the color contrast on it. Thanks for the honest review.
