I asked + you answered! Sharing your recommended must-listen podcasts to binge – from history to comedy + everything in-between.
With the cold weather, I’ve been spending more time on the treadmill to get in my daily steps. I always like to hit play on a podcast while I’m walking, my “podcast walks” are a longtime habit for me. My usual podcasts are true crime/paranormal but lately I’ve been looking to branch out on my podcast topics. I turned to my Instagram Stories to ask for your favorite podcasts (that Question sticker is so helpful!) and a few people asked to share the list because they were also searching for a new podcast to binge. I figured it would be helpful to put this list here for future reference ????

Because Life with Sydel Curry-Lee: Because Life “aims to de-stigmatize the discussion around mental health and offer first hand advice on how we can all discuss the subject better as well as things we can do to improve our mental health.” Such an important topic, especially over the last few years. Definitely going to give this a listen.
