Happy Thursday!! I’m really loving that rattan is back in style again this spring and summer – it brings such a fun, beachy vacation vibe to your outfit. Maybe that’s because I associate rattan with Golden Girls’ Miami home! I mean that in the best possible way, I love that show! And Sophia’s rattan bag is nothing short of iconic.
But I’m getting off topic here…
When I was getting ready to visit my family in Arizona (my first vacation of the year!), I wanted to add some vacation fun to my wardrobe without spending more than $50. Thank goodness for Amazon, what did we do before?!
I found these fun rattan accessories for under $50 total. And they were both available on Prime so they arrived well before I headed out West.
My rattan bag comes in light and dark versions, I went with the beige color. It has a long strap but again, I’m channeling my inner Sophia and carrying the bag on my forearm. The bag packs really well, too. I put some rolled up clothes inside of it to help hold the shape and maximize the space in my suitcase and the bag arrived safe + sound!
I’m really bad about wearing the same earrings every day. So I’ve been trying to up my earrings game and venture beyond my standard gold studs. I love the gold detail on these rattan earrings. They came in a few different shapes and colors but I had already purchased the rattan bag and wanted my earrings to match so I went with the lighter shade.
I’ve been wearing these earrings + bag just about every day on vacation so far and I know I’ll keep wearing them even when vacation is over!
