It’s officially the holiday season! I celebrated my birthday (#ThisIs27) yesterday, shopped the Cyber Monday deals and watched Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer on CBS. I just need to pick some egg nog (for this slow cooker challah French toast), bake Christmas cookies, deck the halls (aka my 500 sq ft apartment) and I am all set.
I’ve been working on blog content for the next few weeks to cover all the bases for the holiday season: Holiday party attire (including the tricky office party outfit), DIY gift ideas, strong cocktails and Christmas morning breakfast recipes. Grab your Santa hats + jingle bells because tis the season!
I thought I’d kick things off with one of my favorite holiday combinations: Plaid + sparkle. You really can’t go wrong. My plaid skirt is from a few seasons ago at J.Crew Factory but their newest plaid mini might actually be more Christmas-y. Well played, JCF, well played.
