Talbots Ruffle Collar Dress (Similar) // LOFT Block Heels // Coach Hobo Bag

You know the feeling when you spy a clothing item in the store and know instantly that it’s going to be a heavy hitter in your wardrobe? That’s how I felt when I walked into Talbots this weekend and laid eyes on this anchor print ruffle collar dress. Most of my work dresses are crewneck or square neck so I loved the idea of adding a ruffle collar into the mix. The ruffle practically works as an necklace, taking the guesswork out of accessorizing, especially for those mornings. A simple gold watch and gold earrings are all I needed to complete the look. Well that and my new favorite summer work shoes: LOFT block heels, the crisscross straps and linen-like texture details give these heels a nautical vibe that I’m digging. Oh and the fact that my dress is covered in ⚓️. Kinda makes me want to swap the heels for Jacks + head back to Annapolis ASAP for Round 2 of Pusser’s Painkillers. Next weekend plans?
