Perfect Peanut Butter Blossoms

Yes, those all caps in the title are necessary. #ButFirstCookies

Christmas isn’t Christmas without peanut butter blossoms. To quote Love Actually and get all super-corny on you, “To me, {peanut butter blossoms} are perfect.”

Bite-size + chocolate + peanut butter = true love.

I think the reason for my love for peanut butter blossoms, because the fact that they are magically delicious, is the nostalgia. From elementary school Christmas parties to post-grad cookie exchanges, peanut butter blossoms are a recurring theme in my Christmas memories. Oh, and the fact that I bake approximately 100 of these bad boys when I go home for the holidays because my dad loves them just as much as I do.

I mean, how could you not love these little nuggets of pure gold? It’s a peanut butter and sugar hug for a bite of sweet chocolate kiss.
